Store Manager / Branch Manager (m/f/d) – New Opening

For the opening of our new store, we are looking for a leadership talent who will set our new location on the path to success from day one. You will be responsible for the team, the key figures, and the perfect presentation of our product range.

Your responsibilities:

• Leading and motivating the store team, including staff scheduling
• Ensuring on-site sales and service targets are met
• Optimal product presentation and efficient inventory management
• Organising local marketing activities for the grand opening

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training or a relevant degree
• Several years of professional experience in a management role in retail
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a hands-on mentality
• Confident use of common POS systems and MS Office
